Lord willing, we plan to hold the RYS regional retreat again January 12-15 at Hartland Christian Camp in Badger, CA.
Our retreat speaker will be Rev. Daniel Ventura of Ontario URC. Pastor Ventura will introduce our retreat theme “Running the Race,” based on Hebrews 11 and 12, on Friday night, after everyone checks in. Please try to arrive between 6-7 p.m., please alert Tim and/or I of any Saturday arrivals. Dinner is not included, so make sure you eat prior to the event. The retreat will conclude shortly after breakfast on Monday, January 16.
To register your group, please email me at rysdirector@gmail.com with your list of participants by Tuesday, January 2, putting the names of your students in groups for housing purposes. We will be staying in cabins, so sleeping bags and pillows will be needed.
I will also need to know who will be participating in the optional zipline or vertigo activity when you register (indicate by putting a (z) or (v) behind their names).
Cost is $245.00 per person, or $250.00 if you are adding the zipline or vertigo activity. Please bring one group check to the retreat. Below is the Friday night snack allotment below. RYS will cover Saturday and Sunday. Hartland Christian Camp’s address is 57611 Eshom Valley Drive, Badger, CA 93603.
